- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
Start by pre-heating the oven to 350 degrees F.
Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly
Pat chickpeas dry
Add chickpeas to a mixing bowl and combine with olive oil and taco seasoning. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 min or until crispy.
