1/2C.Peanut Butteror any nut butter of your choice
1/3C.Plant Based Chocolate Protein PowderI used one from Orgain
4TbspMaple Syrupor Agave
1/2C.Unsweetened Plant MilkI used Almond
1tsp.Vanilla Extractoptional
1HandfulVegan Chocolate Chipsyou can add as little or as much as you like here
Instructions
Grind the oats in blender or food processor until a fine flour is formed
Add the oat flour and protein powder and combine in a medium to large sized mixing bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients, besides the chocolate chips, and mix until everything is thoroughly combined into a dough (it will look kind of like cookie dough).
Fold in the chocolate chips
With your hands, form into 9-10 evenly sized balls. You can use a cookie scoop if you want perfectly sized balls, or you can just eye ball it!
Place the balls on to a cookie tray or large plate and put in fridge to chill for 15 min.
After the balls have chilled in the fridge, they will be ready to enjoy!
