Ingredients

  • 2 C. Quick Oats ground to make oat flour
  • 1/2 C. Peanut Butter or any nut butter of your choice
  • 1/3 C. Plant Based Chocolate Protein Powder I used one from Orgain
  • 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Agave
  • 1/2 C. Unsweetened Plant Milk I used Almond
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract optional
  • 1 Handful Vegan Chocolate Chips you can add as little or as much as you like here

Instructions

  • Grind the oats in blender or food processor until a fine flour is formed
  • Add the oat flour and protein powder and combine in a medium to large sized mixing bowl
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, besides the chocolate chips, and mix until everything is thoroughly combined into a dough (it will look kind of like cookie dough).
  • Fold in the chocolate chips
  • With your hands, form into 9-10 evenly sized balls. You can use a cookie scoop if you want perfectly sized balls, or you can just eye ball it!
  • Place the balls on to a cookie tray or large plate and put in fridge to chill for 15 min.
  • After the balls have chilled in the fridge, they will be ready to enjoy!
