Everything Bagel Roasted Chickpeas

These easy roasted chickpeas make the perfect little vegan, gluten free snack. They are full of savory flavor, high in plant based protein, and super crunchy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Chickpeas 15 oz
  • 3 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Sesame or Olive Oil
  • 1 dash Salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Open the can of chickpeas and drain and rinse them thoroughly.
  • Place the chickpeas on a parchment lined baking tray and spread them out evenly. Don't add the seasonings yet! Place them in the oven to dry out for 30 min, they should come out somewhat crispy afterwards.
  • Take the chickpeas out of the oven and place them into a small bowl and all the rest of the ingredients.Mix well with a spoon until they are completely coated. You can also do this step in a plastic bag to mix everything up!
  • Spread the chickpeas outback on the baking tray and place back in the oven for another 30 min. You can leave them in a little longer if you want them extra crunchy!
  • Once the chickpeas are baked, allow them to cool before eating them.
  • Store them in an air tight container for up to a week or enjoy them immediately.
