Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Raw Cashews unsalted
  • 3/4 C Vegetable Stock
  • 1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Soak cashews for at least 2 hours or overnight
  2. Add the soaked cashews to a high speed blender or food processor along with the rest of the ingredients
  3. Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency is reached
