Ingredients
  

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 1/2 sweet yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Dice up the onion and place it in a small pan with the oil and cook until it becomes soft. Stir as needed.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender, including the onion once it's soft.
  • Blend until everything is well combined and you have a ricotta cheese like texture.
  • Add to your favorite vegan lasagna or casserole!
