Healthy Vegan Banana Pancakes

Healthy, minimal ingredient, vegan, gluten-free banana pancakes!

- 1 Medium Ripe Banana
- 1 C Oats
- 1/2 C Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract optional
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon optional
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a pancake batter consistency. Add more milk if batter is too thick, but be careful not to add too much ( I recommend one tbsp. at a time)
Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and add pancake batter 1/4 C at a time for each pancake.
Cook each side for about 1 min or until they are golden brown. Batter does bubble when it's ready to flip!
