In a medium to large mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder
Melt the butter in 1 cup of warm water, mix until the butter is completely melted
Pour the melted butter and water mixture into the flour mixture
Mix and knead into a soft, round ball of dough (knead for about 2-3 min or until smooth ball of dough is formed).
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let rest for 10 min
Take a ball of dough and divide evenly into 8-10 smaller balls of dough. Transfer back into the bowl, cover, and let rest for 10 more min.
Flour a clean working surface and roll out each ball of dough into a round tortilla shape using a rolling pin
Cook on over medium high heat on a comal or non stick pan, about 1 min per side. Enjoy!
