Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/2 Large Avocado
  • 1 Slice Vegan Cheese
  • 2-3 Vegan Deli Meat Slices
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread slightly, if desired.
  • Assemble sandwich by layering the spinach, tomato slices, cheese, deli meat, avocado, and mustard in this order or whatever order you prefer.
  • Enjoy! This sandwich is best eaten immediately but can be made ahead of time for school or work, preferably the morning of since the avocado can brown!
