Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/2 Large Avocado
  • 1 Slice Vegan Cheese
  • 2-3 Vegan Deli Meat Slices
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Method
 

  1. Toast bread slightly, if desired.
  2. Assemble sandwich by layering the spinach, tomato slices, cheese, deli meat, avocado, and mustard in this order or whatever order you prefer.
  3. Enjoy! This sandwich is best eaten immediately but can be made ahead of time for school or work, preferably the morning of since the avocado can brown!
