- 1 Slice Vegan Cheese
- 2-3 Vegan Deli Meat Slices
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Handful Spinach

Toast bread slightly, if desired.
Assemble sandwich by layering the spinach, tomato slices, cheese, deli meat, avocado, and mustard in this order or whatever order you prefer.
