Ingredients
  

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 C Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 C Spinach
  • 1 Scoop Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Meal
  • 1 C Almond Milk

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. All all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less almond milk or water to adjust to your preferred consistency.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes

You can make this green smoothie ahead of time and store it in a jar to take with you on the go or for meal prepping! However, I would recommend to drink within 1-2 days!
