Preheat oven to 350 F
Slice up apples an add them to a mixing bowl or directly in 9X13 baking dish (you can just mix in there to make it easier).
Add the rest of the filling ingredients and mix well until apples are well coated.
Set the filling aside in the baking dish. Prep the topping by mixing all the dry ingredients together first.
Cut the stick of butter into cubes and cut into the dry mixture using a fork
Combine everything together until you have a crumbly, cookie dough like texture.
Crumble the topping over the filling using your hands.
Bake for 45 min. Let cool 15 min before serving.
