Easy Vegan Lasagna With Vegan Ricotta

This easy vegan lasagna recipe with vegan ricotta cheese is quick and easy to make for a bust weeknight or for meal prepping!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 Marinara Sauce
  • 2 C Spinach
  • 1 batch Vegan Ricotta Cheese
  • Vegan Mozzarella Cheese for Topping for topping

Instructions
 

  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  • Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  • Add 1/2 C. of the marinara sauce to a 9X13" casserole dish.
  • Next, add three of the lasagna noodles. Layer the ricotta cheese, spinach, and more sauce.
  • Repeat 2X Sprinkle vegan mozzarella cheese on top, if desired. Bake cover with foil with 25 min and for another 20 min uncovered. Enjoy!
