Easy Vegan Lasagna With Vegan Ricotta
This easy vegan lasagna recipe with vegan ricotta cheese is quick and easy to make for a bust weeknight or for meal prepping!

- 12 Lasagna Noodles
- 1 Marinara Sauce
- 2 C Spinach
- 1 batch Vegan Ricotta Cheese
- Vegan Mozzarella Cheese for Topping for topping
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
Pre-heat oven to 375 F
Add 1/2 C. of the marinara sauce to a 9X13" casserole dish.
Next, add three of the lasagna noodles. Layer the ricotta cheese, spinach, and more sauce.
Repeat 2X Sprinkle vegan mozzarella cheese on top, if desired. Bake cover with foil with 25 min and for another 20 min uncovered. Enjoy!
