Method
- Grind oats in blender until a flour is formed
- Add the rest of the dry ingredients and blend until uniform
- Add the plant milk (or water if you prefer)
- Blend until you reach a pancake batter consistency (not too dry, not too runny) you might need to add a little bit more liquid if batter is too dry.
- Heat a non stick pan (you can grease pan with vegan butter or oil if you'd like) and add batter 1/4 c. at a time cooking each side for about 1 min or until the turn golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
