High Protein Vegan Pancakes

- 1 C. Oats quick or rolled
- 1/4 C. Plant Based Vanilla Protein Powder any brand works really!
- 1 tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 C. Plant Milk I used almond but any dairy free milk works
Grind oats in blender until a flour is formed
Add the rest of the dry ingredients and blend until uniform
Add the plant milk (or water if you prefer)
Blend until you reach a pancake batter consistency (not too dry, not too runny) you might need to add a little bit more liquid if batter is too dry.
Heat a non stick pan (you can grease pan with vegan butter or oil if you'd like) and add batter 1/4 c. at a time cooking each side for about 1 min or until the turn golden brown.
