Vegan Sourdough French Toast

Easy, Delicious, Vegan French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
  • 1 C. Full Fat Coconut Milk canned, shaken
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar optional
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon ground
  • 1/2 tbsp. Vegan Butter for grilling

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together,except for the maple syrup and butter, to make the batter.
  • Place a pan over medium heat and add butter to coat it
  • Take your sourdough bread and coat each slice in the batter, then transfer to the pan to grill
  • Cook each side about 1 min., or until golden brown
  • Serve with maple syrup or any of your favorite toppings!
