Vegan Sourdough French Toast

Easy, Delicious, Vegan French Toast

- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 1 C. Full Fat Coconut Milk canned, shaken
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar optional
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon ground
- 1/2 tbsp. Vegan Butter for grilling
In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together,except for the maple syrup and butter, to make the batter.
Place a pan over medium heat and add butter to coat it
Take your sourdough bread and coat each slice in the batter, then transfer to the pan to grill
Cook each side about 1 min., or until golden brown
Serve with maple syrup or any of your favorite toppings!
